Here are some popular ways to earn passive income: 1. Rental Properties: Invest in real estate properties and generate rental income. You can rent out residential or commercial properties to tenants. 2. Dividend Stocks: Invest in dividend-paying stocks. As a shareholder, you can earn regular dividend payments without actively participating in the company's operations. 3. Peer-to-Peer Lending: Join a peer-to-peer lending platform where you can lend money to individuals or small businesses. You earn interest on your loans, generating passive income. 4. High-Yield Savings Accounts: Open a high-yield savings account that offers competitive interest rates. Your money will grow over time with minimal effort. 5. Royalties: If you have creative talents, consider creating and selling intellectual property such as music, books, photographs, or artwork. You can earn royalties whenever your work is used or sold. 6. Create an Online Course: Share your expertise by creating and selling online courses. Platforms like Udemy and Coursera allow you to generate passive income from course sales. 7. Affiliate Marketing: Promote products or services through affiliate marketing programs. When someone makes a purchase through your unique affiliate link, you earn a commission. 8. Robo-Advisors: Use robo-advisory services that automatically invest your money based on your risk tolerance and investment goals. They can help grow your wealth over time. 9. Peer-to-Peer Rental Platforms: If you have assets like a car, camera, or equipment that you don't use regularly, consider renting them out on platforms like Airbnb, Turo, or Fat Llama. 10. High-Dividend ETFs: Invest in exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that focus on high-dividend stocks. This allows you to diversify your investment while earning passive income. Remember, while these methods have the potential to generate passive income, it's important to conduct thorough research, assess the risks involved, and consider seeking advice from a financial professional before making any investment decisions.

Permissioned Blockchain and Permissionless Blockchain are two different types of blockchain networks that differ in terms of access control and participation. 1.Permissioned Blockchain: In a permissioned blockchain, also known as a private blockchain, access to the blockchain network and participation in the consensus process is restricted to a pre-defined group of participants. These participants are typically known and trusted entities, such as organizations or individuals with specific roles or permissions. Permissioned blockchains are characterized by: Access Control: Permissioned blockchains have a controlled access mechanism where participants need permission or authorization to join the network and validate transactions. Restricted Participation: Only approved participants can join the network, validate transactions, and participate in the consensus process. These participants may be required to meet certain criteria or follow specific rules defined by the network. Centralized or Consortium Control: Permissioned blockchains are often controlled by a central authority or a consortium of multiple organizations. These entities have the power to make decisions and enforce rules within the network. Enhanced Privacy: Since permissioned blockchains involve a limited number of known participants, they can provide enhanced privacy features, such as restricting access to transaction data or using encryption techniques to secure sensitive information. 2.Permissionless Blockchain: In contrast, a permissionless blockchain, also known as a public blockchain, is open to anyone who wants to participate in the network. It allows anyone to join the network, validate transactions, and participate in the consensus process. Key characteristics of permissionless blockchains include: Open Access: Permissionless blockchains have an open access policy, allowing anyone to join the network, create transactions, and become a validator. Decentralization: Permissionless blockchains are typically decentralized, meaning there is no central authority controlling the network. Instead, consensus is achieved through a distributed mechanism, such as proof-of-work (PoW) or proof-of-stake (PoS). Transparency: Transactions and data on permissionless blockchains are transparent and visible to all participants. Anyone can inspect the blockchain's history and verify the integrity of transactions. Public Validation: Consensus is reached by most participants in the network, typically through a consensus algorithm. Validators compete to solve cryptographic puzzles or stake their tokens to secure the network. Examples of permissionless blockchains include Bitcoin and Ethereum, where anyone can participate, mine or validate transactions. Permissioned blockchains, on the other hand, are often used in enterprise settings, where specific participants need to collaborate and share information within a controlled environment. Both permissioned and permissionless blockchains have their own use cases and advantages, depending on the requirements of the application or organization using them.

It depends on what you mean by fail! I only help software startup founders - not all founders. I believe that there's no excuse for these founders to fail to get a product to market, if they have the funding to do it of course. Even then, there's a lot founders can do (for free!) to maximise the chance of getting funding. That said, I see many founders DO fail to get to market - I'm on a mission to try to prevent this! Now if you mean fail to make a profit, that's a different story. Obviously one of the first thing's founders should do is talk to prospective customers and identify a pain/problem that they are willing to pay for. That's a start but you never really know until people actually pay (and even then can you find enough of them?) so you should get to MVP as quickly and cheaply as possible (without compromising too much on quality). I show founders how to do that. I believe that the industry standard is 90% of startups failing within the first year of launch. However, the more founders do things properly- including, importantly, getting help - I believe this number can be reduced. Of my 21 products, I think that about 7 were very profitable (so 33% success for me which I count as a win). And I learned TONS from my 'failures'.

For this location is very important as you say, firstly conducting some market research and trying to find out where people want a bar is a good idea. Obviously there’s factors such as budget, what options are available and what area you are in etc so there’s only so much i can help. But somewhere with a lot of footfall, in commuting distance of the main run of houses and generally within the heart of the city would attract a lot of people, but if your target audience is different then you might want it in a quieter location where people would go for a quiet drink with a friend. This completely depends on what type of bar it is as well as your local area, the demographic there. Hope this helped a bit, feel free to message me to discuss this further.

When determining your Social Security benefits, the Social Security Administration (SSA) takes into account your earnings history over your lifetime. The SSA considers your highest 35 years of earnings to calculate your benefit amount. In your scenario, if you are currently 67 years old, the years before age 60 when you made an average of $50,000 would be included in the calculation of your benefit amount. The years after age 60 when you made an average of $100,000 would also be factored in. Since your earnings after age 60 are higher on average, they will contribute to increasing your overall benefit amount. However, it's important to note that the SSA applies a formula to your earnings history, which includes factors such as inflation adjustments, to determine your benefit amount. It's best to consult with the SSA or a financial advisor to get an accurate estimate of your Social Security benefits based on your specific earnings history.

While I don't have access to real-time data, as of my last update in September 2021, it is likely that some companies in the gaming industry have utilized Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. Google reCAPTCHA is a widely adopted technology that provides a security measure to prevent automated bots and spam. The gaming industry, like many others, faces challenges related to bot attacks, fraudulent activities, and user verification. By implementing reCAPTCHA Enterprise, gaming companies can enhance the security of their platforms, protect user accounts, and prevent unauthorized access. The system's advanced risk analysis algorithms and machine learning capabilities help differentiate between human users and automated bots, ensuring a smooth and secure user experience. However, it's important to note that the specific adoption of Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise by gaming companies may vary. Factors such as the size of the company, the nature of their gaming platforms (e.g., online multiplayer games, mobile apps, or gaming websites), and their individual security requirements influence the technology choices they make. To gather the most accurate and up-to-date information on whether anyone in the gaming industry is currently using Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, I recommend reaching out to industry experts, gaming companies, or conducting online research for recent news or case studies highlighting its implementation in the gaming sector.

It is completely normal to feel stuck in a situation where our intentions had been to help others but we get ourselves in trouble. This kind of experience makes us human and prevent us from future events that might be more damaging to us by teaching us some lesson. However, when you love someone you can go an extra mile for them because this is what relationships are for. But, there is a silver lining between the right and wrong types of boundaries. We must be mindful that we are not caring for others till the point that we are self-sabotaging ourselves in order to care for others. We must be mindful that there are some requests that we should say "no" to in order to develop healthy boundaries. For example, you have a meeting in the upcoming hour in the office with your manager and you have not prepared for it but you have only a few minutes left to prepare which leaves you panicking. Then, a friend of yours comes and says they are hungry and want to have lunch with you in the cafe because you are their only friend. At this point, it is better to negotiate to them about your own tight schedule because if you would go the extra mile for them it will sabotage your own happiness because it might end up having a bad meeting with your boss. I hope I provided you the answer.

Wa alaikum assalam. In Islamic principles, working in a technical capacity for financial institutions such as Capitol One or Visa, as you mentioned, is generally permissible as long as the job responsibilities do not involve engaging in haram (forbidden) activities. Here are some key considerations: Nature of the Job: Ensure that the role you are considering does not involve any haram activities, such as directly dealing with interest (riba) or engaging in unethical practices. For example, working on software enablement and digital transformation projects that support the institution's operations, security, or customer experience would generally be permissible. Compliance with Islamic Principles: Make sure that the company's policies and practices align with Islamic principles. Avoid involvement in activities that contradict Islamic values, such as promoting or facilitating interest-based transactions or engaging in fraudulent practices. Ethical and Halal Investments: Consider the source of the institution's revenue and the nature of its business operations. If the financial institution's primary income is generated from halal sources and activities, and it operates within the bounds of Islamic principles, working for such an organization would be more favorable. Personal Intentions and Development: Examine your own intentions and motivations for seeking employment with a financial institution. If your intention is to contribute positively, provide ethical solutions, and facilitate beneficial services, then your work can be seen as a means of earning a lawful livelihood and making a positive impact. It is recommended to consult with knowledgeable scholars or individuals well-versed in Islamic finance and ethics to seek guidance specific to your circumstances and to ensure your actions align with Islamic principles.

Hi, Another option you have is start looking at creating a simple website, average expense should cost minimum $90 per month with the option to buy online. As for a free starter, i would recommend Marketplace or Amazon best. You would be having a clear idea of the market offers and you would also be able to have your arts on a competitive rate. There is the option of also using Alibaba or Wish but this might end up you paying part of the shipment, so not really recommendable for now. Hope this helps a little. Rudy

Analyzing financial markets, including capital markets, and using various forms of technical analysis can be a valuable approach for understanding market trends and developing trading strategies. Here's an overview of the analysis methods and steps involved in building your own strategy: Understanding Financial Markets: Gain knowledge of different financial markets, such as stock markets, bond markets, commodity markets, and foreign exchange markets. Learn about their structure, participants, and factors that influence price movements. Fundamental Analysis: Before delving into technical analysis, it's essential to understand fundamental analysis. This involves assessing economic indicators, company financials, industry trends, and geopolitical factors that impact the value of financial instruments. Technical Analysis Basics: Technical analysis focuses on studying historical price and volume data to forecast future price movements. Familiarize yourself with key concepts like support and resistance levels, trend lines, chart patterns, and indicators (e.g., moving averages, oscillators, and momentum indicators). Classical Technical Analysis: Classical technical analysis involves analyzing price patterns, chart formations (such as head and shoulders, double tops/bottoms), and support/resistance levels to identify potential entry and exit points. Time-Based Analysis: Time-based analysis involves examining recurring patterns and cycles in price movements, such as seasonal trends or intraday patterns. This approach looks for repetitive behavior based on specific time intervals. Waveform Analysis: Waveform analysis, often associated with Elliott Wave Theory, studies price patterns and wave structures. It identifies waves of various degrees (impulse waves and corrective waves) to forecast potential price movements. Indicator-Based Analysis: Explore various technical indicators to gain insights into market trends and momentum. Experiment with indicators like Relative Strength Index (RSI), Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), and Stochastic Oscillator, among others, to develop your own trading signals. Strategy Development: Once you have a good grasp of different analysis techniques, start developing your trading strategy. Define your risk tolerance, preferred trading style (e.g., day trading, swing trading, position trading), and specific entry/exit criteria based on your chosen analysis methods. Backtesting and Optimization: Test your strategy on historical data to assess its performance and profitability. Make necessary adjustments to refine the strategy based on the outcomes. Consider using backtesting software or platforms that allow you to simulate trades and measure the strategy's effectiveness. Risk Management: Implement effective risk management techniques, such as setting stop-loss orders, determining position sizes based on risk-reward ratios, and diversifying your portfolio. Risk management is crucial to preserve capital and protect against substantial losses. Remember, building a successful trading strategy requires continuous learning, adaptability, and practice. It's essential to stay updated on market developments, monitor the performance of your strategy, and make necessary adjustments as market conditions evolve. Disclaimer: Trading and investing in financial markets involve risks. The information provided here is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as financial or investment advice. To investigate well-liked products and genres, you can use web resources like Google Trends or Amazon. 2. Locate suppliers: Once you've chosen a market segment or product line, look for reputable vendors who provide drop-shipping or print-on-demand services. Printify, Printful, and AliExpress are a few well-liked alternatives. To identify the supplier that is the perfect fit for your company, be sure to do your homework and compare several options. 3. You can set up shipping fees based on the location and weight of the products using third-party payment processors like PayPal or Stripe. 6. Promote your store: As soon as your shop is up and running, start using email marketing, social media, and other methods to spread the word about it. To increase traffic to your store, you may also use paid advertising solutions like Google Ads or Facebook Ads. 7. Analyse and optimise: Keep an eye on your store's performance and make necessary changes to improve your company. Make necessary adjustments to your marketing and product offers by using analytics tools to monitor traffic and sales. Do not forget that launching a drop shipping or print-on-demand business takes time, patience, and effort. Be prepared to put in the effort necessary to create a profitable online business.
