I bring 16 years of hands-on experience in freight brokerage and carrier operations across FTL, LTL, partials, consolidation, and drayage. I’ve worked both sides of the aisle—asset-based and non-asset—giving me a full-spectrum view of how freight actually moves.
Most recently, I played a key role in scaling a logistics company from $4M to over $500M in under 4 years, leading ops, carrier development, and client strategy. Whether you’re launching a new brokerage, tightening carrier compliance, or refining your pricing model, I can help you cut through the noise and get tactical fast.
Specialties:
• Building and scaling freight brokerages
• Carrier sourcing and qualification
• Margin protection + rate strategy
• Drayage, crossdock, and partials management
• Internal SOP development and process tuning

Don't go with UPS or Amazon. There's a lot of carriers that can deliver direct to Amazon regardless if you're shipping truckloads, bringing containers in direct from the port, or even if you're moving LTL. Work with brokers (like myself) who know the market and can save you money on it. Trust me when I tell you that e-commerce businesses have no idea how much they're overpaying by sticking to the regular channels.

If you're doing $25/stop, why would you outsource this work to a mail carrier or national LTL provider? LTL providers wont get you to $25/stop typically but the mail carriers can depending what you're shipping. Need to know more about the landscape to help you dial it in.
